Words, Words, Words about What

Well, I've been a chatty Kathy lately, eh? Trust me. I'm not going away, just regrouping and trying to get well. But for this week's Words, Words, Words, let's contemplate a question that, according to the Internet, Benjamin Franklin began each day asking himself.

How would the world change if we all answered this question positively each and every day? How would our individual lives change?

Words to think about.

  1. Upon initial contemplation the mind reels in the idea of such a utopia, and then quickly casts off the thought as greatly unrealistic. But not wanting to let the idea go, have decided that I am going to give it a go. I think it just may be the perfect antidote to the upcoming dark and gloomy months ahead with the onset of shorter days with little sun.

  2. Hmmm, this is so wide open. We can talk about the "greater" good? Or individual good? Or one on one good? I guess it's open to interpretation, eh?

I cleaned both bathrooms before I came in to work this morning. For me that was GOOD.

I'm mailing a letter to my brothers and sisters later today about our mom's financial situation. Hopefully that will trigger some good from six people.

We volunteered to host the UM~MSU game viewing with friends today at the last minute because our original host fell and fractured three ribs on Wednesday. It's good that we didn't have to cancel and will still get to be social.

I'm going to make a contribution to a presidential candidate this weekend. I've never done that before; but I am hoping for some good on election day.

I love how you make me think Susan!
